My career has spanned almost every aspect of children's neurodevelopmental care.
​
I have worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Paediatrics, Clinical Nurse Lead for Neurodevelopment Services, Specialist Nurse for Children with Disabilities, Community Children's Nurse Team Leader and Specialist School Nurse.
​
I also had the privilege of developing and leading Neurodevelopment Services within NHS Wales, helping to design assessment pathways, clinical protocols and multidisciplinary services.
​
That experience means I understand both the clinical and practical realities of supporting children and young people — and the importance of professionals, services and families working together.
